What We Do
We are a geoscience-driven AI company focused on one of the hardest problems in subsurfacing imaging: identifying and mapping karsts and fluvial systems in 3D seismic data with speed, consistency, and geological realism. Our platform combines domain expertise in seismic interpretation, quantitative geophysics, and machine learning to help clients turn complex seismic volumes into actionable maps of channels, belts, and depositional architecture. Our goal is simple: reduce interpretation time, improve consistency, and unlock stratigraphic insight that supports exploration, development, reservoir characterization, and subsurface risk reduction.
Who We are
Our founders, Dr. Sumit Verma and Kaleb Smith, bring a rare combination of academic depth and field-tested geological judgment. Dr. Verma has extensive research and industry background, including senior roles at Axia Goe, Diamondback Energy, and Endeavor Energy, in addition to his years on the faculty at The University of Texas Permian Basin. His background spans seismic interpretation, quantitative geophysics, and subsurface characterization in real operating environments. Kaleb Smith adds hands-on geological and drilling experience shaped by Operation and Wellsite Geology across major U.S. basins. His work includes direct experience within the Anadarko, Arkoma, Permian, Poweder River and Eagle Ford, as well as graduate research on interpreting paleochannels from 3D seismic volumes and developing deep-learning applications for geoscience. Supporting the team in an advisory role is Dr. Priyank Jaiswal, Professor of Geophysics at Oklahoma State University, who brings more than 15 years of academic leadership, prior industry experience at Total E&P USA, sustained external funding, patented innovation, and deep expertise in seismic imaging, intepretation, and applied geophysics.

How We Do It
What makes our platform different is simple: our AI is guided by people who think like geologists. We do not just train models to recognize shapes. We build tools informed by how fluvial systems actually form, stack, migrate, and appear in seismic data. That geological intuition helps us create outputs that are not only fast, but also credible, interpretable, and useful for real subsurface decisions. In other words, our AI does not just see patterns. It sees them through a geological lens. For clients, that mean greater confidence in the mapped result, less time spent on manual interpretation, and a workflow built around subsurface reality rather than black-box automation.
